In omnclusion, and for reasons stated above, I think I must not omit reporting to you that I cabled, on the 6th instant, to the London house of Messrs. Keiss & Company as follows:
"Regret, regardless waming my letter twentyeighth January, you and or Hongkong firm aurreptitiously approached Texas Company, through Hongkong Bank, and attempted (to) obtain agency-agreement excluding my Company and without its written consent.
Therefore Company hereby holds your two firms responsible for all consequences resulting this flagrant breach (of) June con- tract, also for injurious statements to Texas and others, including also for damages if Company loses agency."
